PRACTICE DURING COVID
Until further notice, all uncontested probate matters will be handled by submission. Applicants for probate should file all of the normal required paperwork to have a will admitted to probate or to request an administration. In addition, you should file affidavits from the Applicant setting forth the legal requirements to admit to will to probate or to order an administration. These cases will be submitted to the Court on the date currently calendared on the Court's calendar for probate settings.
